We offer a 14-day return window. This means you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unburned, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
To request a return, please email info@simplywhiskers.com  within 14 days of delivery and include your order number.
If your return is approved, you will be provided with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Fragrance Preference
Fragrance is a personal and sensory experience. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns based solely on scent preference.Â
We encourage reviewing scent descriptions carefully or reaching out before purchasing if you need guidance.
Damages and Transit Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@simplywhiskers.com and include photos of the issue so we can make it right.
In cases of confirmed damage or error, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Warm Weather Shipping
During warmer months, candles may experience minor surface imperfections or slight wax shifting due to temperature fluctuations during transit. This does not affect candle performance.
If the wick appears slightly bent after transit, it can be gently adjusted before lighting. Once the candle burns and forms a full melt pool, the surface will naturally even out.
These minor cosmetic changes are not considered defects.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
